Echange de blocs patchwork de noël - Christmas block swap

re voici lancée dans un nouvel échange de blocs, thème Noël. Couleurs imposées : rouge/vert/or, et étoile au choix. Je dois en faire 25, voici les premiers. Curieux comme le dessin parait différent selon la disposition des couleurs ! J'ai hate de recevoir 24 blocs différents des miens, que je devrai assembler ensuite pour faire un jeté de canapé, un panneau mural, ou toute autre chose. Peut-être pas ce Noël ci, mais en 2011 !!

I am now working on a new swap, based on Christmas. Colors to be used : red/green/gold or tan, and it must be a star of any sort. I have 25 to make, here are my first. Isn't it funny how the design seems different, depending on the placement of the colors. I am eager to receive 24 blocks, different from mine, that I shall then put together to make a wall hanging, a throw for the settee, or anything else. Maybe not this Christmas, but 2011.
